We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received. The items that may be returned to us are as follows; products that we shipped incorrectly, defective items, items that the customer ordered in error and items that may have been damaged during shipment. 

Starting Return

To start a return, either go to the Returns Center https://fittingsandvalves.returnscenter.com/ and fill out the information requested. You can also contact us at support@fittingsnvalves.com. If your return request is approved, you be emailed the instructions to return your product. 

Any return that is received back by us must be in the same brand new, unused condition and in the original packaging. There may not be any damage to either the product or the product box to obtain a full credit refund (less any restocking fees or shipping fees). We do not pay for return shipping as this is the responsibility of the customer. We do pay for return shipping should the product be damaged in shipping or an incorrect order was shipped. We do not accept any returns after the 30-day period. We also do not accept returns of items that were installed or used in any way. Any issues that may arise after the 30-day period must be addressed by the manufacturer of the product as we do not provide service for the items purchased. We will work with you and assist you in obtaining warranty service from the manufacturer of your product should the need arise. We typically do not charge a restocking fee unless we provided the customer with free shipping or if the order was a special order. If the item(s) were shipped to the customer free of charge, or a special order was made, we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, should an order ship with free shipping and is subsequently returned, we will charge the amount that we paid for the order to ship.

Should an order be delivered to a buyer either by truck or LTL freight, the buyer is responsible for all return freight charges and the product must be returned the same way it was shipped out. (ie. If product was delivered on a pallet and shipped via truck or LTL freight, it must be returned the same way.) Should an order be delivered LTL or by truck, any costs we incurred shipping it free would be charged to the buyer for the return. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee to offset any of our costs incurred.

All returns must be authorized by us either through our Return Center or by speaking to a representative. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipments. Additionally, if an order was processed with free shipping and returned, you may be responsible for the shipping costs of the original shipment. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and upon completion, a refund will be issued after a satisfied inspection has been completed. If approved, all refunds are administered through our website and applied to the same payment method originally used. Please allow 3 to 5 business days after we receive your item to process your refund. Additionally, it may take 1-2 business days for your bank or credit card company to process.

Received Incorrect Products (Not What You Ordered)

In the rare event we send you the wrong products, please notify us within 5 days of receipt and use our online Return Center link on the bottom of the website tool to create and print your Return Form. You can also set up a return by contacting our customer service team. When shipping a return, make sure to include your return form in the box. For the fastest replacement, we can place a new order for the replacement items and ship them to you as soon as possible. You'll be credited for the full amount of the original item(s) you ordered when we receive your return. If you do not place a new order, we'll ship your new items after we receive your return. All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging and the return form must be included in the box. We cannot accept returns for items once they've been installed. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. We understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes. In this case call us and we may need to cancel the original order and enter a new one.

Cancellations must be submitted by email. 

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, please email us of your so we can cancel it prior to shipment. If the order is in excess of $100 we reserve the right to charge a processing fee we are charged by credit card companies. This fee can range from 2%-3%.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy on the website. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all the applicable fees including restocking, cancellation fees.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders. Items ordered directly from a manufacturer are considered a special order and cannot be returned. Bulk items totaling more than $2500 ordered directly from a manufacturer cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
