Easiest way to do plumbing

I am not a plumber .... I am 72 and have been building my new home for 2 years now. I have done ALL my plumbing myself, using ProPex. This stuff is so easy to use it is amazing. BTW ... not a guy ... just a single woman doing projects to keep active and learning.
